1.General

The rules apply to all players without exception, including guild members, leaders and friends of the admins.
The admins may change the rules. The current version is always published on this page.
Admin decisions in disputes are made based on server logs and are final.
The server is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with the owners of Perfect World.

You are responsible for keeping your login, password and e-mail safe. We recommend enabling two-factor protection in your account.
Transferring, selling or sharing accounts is at your own risk: disputed accounts are not restored.
The admins never ask for your password. Anyone who does is a scammer.
Character and guild names must not be offensive, obscene or impersonate the admins.

Bots, clickers, macros for automated play and any programs that modify the client or network traffic are forbidden.
Penalty: account ban.
Exploiting game bugs for profit is forbidden. Report any bug you find to the admins — useful finds may be rewarded.
Penalty: rollback and ban.
Selling in-game valuables or accounts for real money outside the official server shop is forbidden.
Penalty: account ban.
Trade scams, middleman fraud and item swapping are forbidden.
Penalty: from a block to a ban.
PvP, territory wars and guild rivalry are part of the game and are not violations.

Insults, threats, harassment and discrimination of any kind are forbidden.
Penalty: mute up to 7 days.
Flooding, spam, caps lock and trade ads outside the trade channel are forbidden.
Penalty: mute up to 24 hours.
Advertising other servers and third-party websites is forbidden.
Penalty: ban.
Disputes with the admins are settled in private messages, not in the public chat.

Scarabs are the site’s internal currency. Shop prices are in US dollars, the balance is kept in Scarabs. Scarabs are not money and cannot be withdrawn.
Purchases are delivered to the in-game mail of the chosen character. Check the character name before buying.
If a purchase has not arrived within an hour, contact support with the order number — we will check the delivery log.
Attempts to cheat the payment system or the shop lead to an account ban and cancelled purchases.
Creating extra accounts to farm referral rewards, daily bonuses or promo codes is forbidden.
Penalty: rewards cancelled, a ban if repeated.

Measures depend on the severity: a warning, a chat block, a temporary ban, a permanent ban, a rollback of the gained advantage.
Repeated violations are punished more strictly. Evading a ban with another account counts as a repeated violation.
A penalty can be appealed within 14 days — calmly and with evidence.
