How to install and update

Unpack the client
Preferably to a short path without Cyrillic letters, e.g.
C:\Games\DesertPW. Don’t install the game into “Program Files” — the launcher needs write access. -
Run the launcher
Open
launcher\Launcher.exe(orpatcher\patcher.exe). It checks the files and downloads everything new: models, items, events. -
Play through the launcher
Always start the game through the launcher, not directly via
elementclient.exe— otherwise the client may miss fresh updates and be refused by the server.
